Saif Modesty specialises in providing quality Islamic and modest clothing. With our headquarters established in the West Midlands in 2004, we have quickly become known for our fast delivery and excellent customer service. Alhamdulillah, we have rapidly expanded our online presence in a very short while and have since gone global by catering for international customers.
Are your items available in different sizes?
The sizes of all items are mentioned within the product descriptions, if applicable. For particular items, a more detailed size guide can be opened. All of our sizes and measurements are approximate, but we do try to make sure they are as accurate as possible. All items are subject to availability.
How do I place an order?
Our online ordering system is very easy and friendly to use. Click on the navigation menu and sub-categories to go through our entire online collection. Browse our site and add items to your basket. To complete your order, click ''checkout'' and follow the simple instructions on screen. For a faster and more convenient shopping experience, register your details. However, registering for an account is not mandatory to shop at Saif Modesty.
We accept all major credit and debit cards as payment, as well as Paypal.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to deliver your order within 7 working days. Alhamdulillah, 99% of orders are dispatched within 48 hours. On occasion, there may be a small delay if items are on re-order due to being out of stock or are requested at peak season (i.e Ramadan or Eid). If your parcel has not arrived after 10 days have elapsed, please contact us for a delivery update.
For International orders, please allow a further 7 working days for delivery.
How much does delivery cost?
We use standard Royal Mail postage tariffs. If you opt for the ''First Class Signed For Recorded Delivery'' or ''Special Delivery'' services, you will receive your ordered items a lot quicker than standard post.
Royal Mail does not consider standard post items as lost or misplaced until at least 15 working days have elapsed. Therefore, should you require items as a matter of urgency, please select the ''Recorded Delivery Signed For'' or ''Special Delivery'' services. How do I exchange an item?
If you have ordered an item and want to exchange it for something else, email us at: email@example.com
. Please provide full details of the item you wish to return and the item you wish to exchange it for. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse the return postage costs.
Can I return unsuitable or damaged items?
You have 14 days free home approval on any item you order, and if you wish to return an item for whatever reason, you can do so without obligation for a full refund. However, the item must be returned in its original unused condition, with all packaging and tags intact. The cost of returning an item to us can only be refunded if the item ordered is damaged.

Should an order be returned to us due to the customer supplying the incorrect shipping address, we can resend the items once further payment for postage has been made. Alternatively, a refund will be made for the returned items minus postage and packing costs incurred by us.

All payments made through the website are 100% secure and safe. We use the Sagepay payment gateway system which is recommended by major high street banks and has an excellent track record of confidentiality and professionalism. The highest forms of encryption are utilized. Further to this, when using your credit card for online purchases, your credit card company protects you from fraudulent use.
